Welcome to Legacy Physical Therapy.

With the growing awareness of women-specific health issues, women can now pay closer attention to their bodies during recreation, work, and family activities throughout life. The therapists at Legacy Physical Therapy, LLC have specialized training  tailored to meet the needs of women with a variety of medical conditions. Our interventions are aimed at promoting and enhancing female health throughout a woman’s lifespan – from adolescence, to pregnancy and motherhood, to pre- and post-menopausal health. Our facility and treatment rooms were custom-designed to provide a private, welcoming atmosphere for our female patients.

Exercising for Bone Health Class Session 2
Brooke Kalisiak PT, DPT will be teaching another 6 week session at the Des Peres Lodge starting March 18, 2010.

It is a 45-minute exercise/educational class which meets 1 time a week. Participants will learn proper ways to improve bone health through exercise. Four main components of exercise will be included: strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Osteoporosis prevention and management education will be provided each session.
