We have lots of great news to share with you in this issue from exciting changes at Legacy Physical Therapy, to results from the Race for the Cure, to some great upcoming events that our patients and clients have brought to our attention.
New Faces at Legacy Physical Therapy
There are going to be some new faces at Legacy Physical Therapy starting in late July/early August. Nikki Moenning will be joining our front office staff. She will be replacing Stefanie Joyner who has been with us for most of 2010, but is now moving on because she has found a teaching position this fall. Although we are excited to welcome Nikki to our team, we will definitely miss Stefanie!!
In August, Legacy Physical Therapy will be adding a NEW PHYSICAL THERAPIST!! Uchenna Ossai is the first Women's Health Physical Therapy Resident from the Washington University Program in Physical Therapy. She will be splitting her time between the Washington University clinic and our own. We are very excited to have her on board and we look forward to the continued opportunity to help train future generations of Women's Health Physical Therapists. Uchenna, or UC for short, will be at Legacy Physical Therapy on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in August for the next year. Please help us in making her feel welcome.

Race for the Cure Results
Again I want to thank all of those participants who walked in the Race for the Cure with Team Legacy Physical Therapy on June 12th. It was a scorcher of a day, but what a wonderful cause. Our team raised $1095, and the grand total raised for the Race for the Cure was $3.4 million dollars with over 71,000 participants.

Christian Family Day at Nascar this Friday!
Judy Boen has been a long time client and supporter of Legacy Physical Therapy. The organization that she is a part of, Christian Family Day, is putting on a wonderful event this weekend. We have already donated to the cause and we hope that you too can enjoy the event and help make a difference.
Christian Family Day, in partnership with Gateway International Raceway is hosting Christian Family Day, Friday, July 16 for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. There will be a pre-race concert featuring Christian music artist, Lincoln Brewster along with nationally known speaker, Tony Nolan. NASCAR drivers will share their faith and be available for autographs. This event benefits "at risk" children in our area. Get there early enough and watch the kids participate in a pine car derby race. CFD activities begin at 3pm. The race starts at 8pm. Discounted tickets ($40 per adult and $25 per child) are available through the website: www.christianfamilyday.com or by calling 636-227-9788.
