Legacy Physical Therapy will evaluate your pain or condition and design a safe, effective therapy plan that is customized for your individual needs. Potential treatment may include: therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy, modalities, range of motion and/or strengthening exercises, and patient education. We also will show you how to prevent further injury and how to continue your progress with an effective home program to prevent re-injury.
